Oh stress...

So here is what is happening in our life right now.  We put an offer in on a house the first week of June with an original close date of July 6th.  Apparently we forgot  (Loan officer didn't let us know) to give our loan officer something and now it is taking such a long time. We had to resubmit for approvals and that just takes so long. He is not my favorite loan officer, but is a really nice person so it is hard for us to be upset that he is being slow with this whole process.  This stresses me out because what I had planned in my mind is not happening.  Turns out change is something that makes me stress (normal right?).

Anyways,  Lynlee is being just as cute as ever which helps me not stress so much.  She makes so many noises we LOVE it.  At church she was being a little clown making all of the noises she knows how too.  Her newest one is clicking her tongue.  She is finally seeming to grow.  Size 2 diapers are fitting just perfect and her 9 month clothes are starting to fit her even though they are slightly baggy.  She is mastering her walking skills.  She can almost stand by herself without help.

Once in our new place I will have to take pictures.  It is smaller than our last house, but i think it will fit us perfectly.  Looking forward to our new family adventures.

Lynlee's First Fourth of July

We didn't do anything crazy or spontaneous with our little angel to celebrate our country.  We did have our friends the Clonts over that we hadn't seen in a while.  We made kabobs and grilled corn on the cob.  We swam in our pool and enjoyed each others company.  They went home to put their little man (who is sooo adorable) to bed.  I really wanted to go and participate in some of the festivities that were going on.  We found one that was free and walked around.  Lynlee LOVED walking around mainly because she was able to look at everyone and experience new things.  We saw lots of different people and Matt was excited to see an old car show and I forgot to take pictures :( lame I know, because there were some pretty cool ones like an model T Ford.  We new we wouldn't be able to see fireworks this year because Lynlee gets really bad (screaming and such) with anytime after 8:30 so we had to put her to bed.  It was a nice day as a family.  I look forward to making traditions for when our kids get older.

9 Months!!!!

Our little girl is 9 MONTHS!!!  Oh my goodness time is flying by.  Well, I know it has been a week since she has met that milestone, but here we go.

  • She is pulling her self up really well now on couches, chairs and walls basically anything that gets her to stand and move. She moves along the couch well.  I don't know how close walking is. I still think that it is far away.
  • She has become a speedy crawler and is getting into everything, I am slightly nervous that our new house has stairs (going to have to buy a baby gate)
  • Learning new sounds everyday.  I really think she is understanding what dada means.  She LOVES to talk and tell stories and sing.
  • She gets so excited to see Matt when he gets home from work.  I have a feeling she is going to be a daddy's girl.
  • Still loves to watch people and try to get their attention so she can give them a smile.
  • She is still tiny, but growing slowly.  She still fits into some 3 month clothes. Insurance is still not set up so we haven't taken her to the doctor yet.
  • LOVES playing with her toys.  She is getting to be a little miss smarty pants for sure.
  • Eating is fun with her because when she sees something that she wants she will make sure that she will get it.  Still has a hard time eating veggies, but I sneak them into other foods.

I am sure there is more, but I will just give you her pictures I took for 9 months.

Smarty pants playing with her toys (Yes I had to sneak the sign in)

"Oh hey mom"

Discovered I was sneaking the sign in

Bait to have her climb, but here she is climbing

Our movies are in danger of her new skills.

Look at them being friends

She is growing up so much and we can't believe it.  I am a little sad her one year mark is coming up.  I am mainly sad because we don't live by family to help us celebrate that first birthday.  Oh well, what do you do.
